Sandra is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She is always willing to resolve any issues and takes time to explain matters - even when dealing with technical difficulties or large queues. The Kingswells Community is extremely lucky to have such a brilliant local service on our doorstep!

I came to collect a Western Union transfer and was treated with hostility and aggression by the staff member. Instead of helping, she repeatedly ignored me, told me to “call yourself and find out,” refused to explain the process properly, and kept serving other customers while I was trying to resolve the issue. Western Union later confirmed that the instructions were visible on her screen the entire time, meaning she could have helped from the beginning. Instead, I spent almost an hour stressed and confused because basic information was deliberately not provided. The employee was loudly sighing, throwing papers, rolling her eyes, making aggressive gestures, and openly expressing anger toward me. It was humiliating and extremely unprofessional. What concerned me even more was that before leaving for lunch, she involved a pharmacy employee in my financial transaction and appeared to show my information and the system process without my consent. I find this deeply concerning from a privacy and data protection perspective. The whole situation created a very negative impression not only of this Post Office branch, but also of Western Union and the pharmacy hosting the branch. Customers should not be treated this way when trying to access an essential financial service.
